She has a diploma (DiP IM) in Internet Marketing (2016), is a Certified ScrumMaster® (qualified in 2008), qualified coach (2010), and is a Fellow of The Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.
Kay spent more than 10 years in industry in "corporate tech", translating basic concepts into commercial software applications on budgets from a few thousand pounds to over £5 million, and has extensive experience in both leading, and working in software delivery teams, on high-profile tech projects for companies including Sky News and The SThree Group.
