OUR STORY After working in an internal IT department, our founder Kay took the next step in her career and became a self-employed corporate IT Consultant, working in and leading teams delivering high profile multi-million pound web and mobile projects for household name-companies. At the same time, she was running not 1, but 2 side-hustles alongside a demanding career! After hearing horror stories of tech founders experiencing a variety of issues, stressors and struggles, Kay decided to set up Purposeful Group to help people transition from employees to entrepreneurs the SMART way! She wrote the "software survival guide": Don't Hire a Software Developer Until You Read this Book, to help these founders. The book became an Amazon international bestseller in multiple book categories in Amazon marketplaces in 7 countries. Entrepreneurs from all over the world from Australia to the USA wrote to her saying how much they loved the book, and some asked her to work with them and be their mentor, and that's how Purposeful Group was born! |
